This is a well written expression of the difference between our group and those sailmakers now under the NTG umbrella. Good sails always have some design and material differences that cater to local conditions and who better to define those differences than a local sailmaker with “skin in the game”. Over my many years in the business, I’ve learned that individual sailmakers are an independent and creative breed and I would not be surprised if you hear from a few of them who like what they hear about the UK Sailmakers Philosophy.
