On the cutterstay we have a blade jib for windward sailing and stronger breezes . We started with bronze piston hanks . Several of them broke during our first season . UK replaced them with the stainless Wichard hanks . Hanking on became a one hand job ! Never experienced any problems . Pound for pound a lot stronger and easier to handle.
